If you are new to float therapy, we recommend trying it three times within a short timeframe, like over 2-3 weeks. This allows your body and mind to adapt to floating and understand its benefits. Initially, many people looking for stress relief find weekly floats helpful, then shifting to bi-weekly sessions as they feel better. The relaxation effects of a one-hour float generally last between 1 to 7 days, depending on the individual. Regular and frequent float sessions produce the best results.
